The RLA Buy to Let mortgage service transacts all its Buy to Let mortgages through whole of market mortgage broker, 3mc (UK) Ltd.

The FCA does not regulate credit cards, unsecure and personal loans or some investment mortgage contracts. Please be aware most Buy to Let mortgages and Buy to Let remortgages are not regulated under current FCA regulations and are deemed to represent a commercial mortgage transaction.

References to "we" "us" and "our" shall mean 3mc (UK) Ltd as providers of this service.
